Massage Therapy - 60 min ($80) or 90 min ($110)

AromaTouch massage is $90/hr or $120/90mins.

The AromaTouch Technique is designed to reduce stress, support a healthy immune system, and support healthy homeostasis It uses specific essential oils that have been researched (Peppermint, Balance Grounding Blend, Wild Orange, Deep Blue Soothing Blend, Tea Tree, AromaTouch Massage Blend, OnGuard Protective Blend, and Lavender).

Swedish Massage

The goal here is Zen relaxation and circulation. Throughout the massage I will address any stagnant areas and you get to lay back and relax. Sleeping is allowed!

Sports Massage

Tailored for the athlete, this massage style is somewhat a combination of Swedish and deep tissue, and it also incorporates stretching too! This modality is perfect for maintenance and will allow you receive massage just prior to or just following a sports event. This is also perfect for your workout and exercise routine, allowing for an hour (or 90 minutes) of recovery and repair for your body, plus injury prevention.

Deep Tissue Massage

The goal here is to address a pain-sourced issue. Either you have chronic pain or have established a new one, I am here to support you and your body’s speediest recovery.

Reflexology Massage

A deeply relaxing session that includes aromatherapy and is focused on supporting the body’s natural detoxification process. This is a cleansing and reconnecting session. I invite you to experience this service.
